If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It’s that simple.

As plenty of herbs are inaccessible and their cultivation is periodic. Since distribution of these herbs won’t be fresh. However our motive is to provide them as fresh as they can be.


In order to ensure you have a satisfying shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases, we have a 7 day return policy to protect our valued customers.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as the one ordered. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost* some restrictions apply. *.

In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team (0304-5779900), who will guide you through the return process.


• Please notify us of receipt of a damaged / defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be unused.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and Invoice.
• It is advised that the parcel being returned be firmly and adequately packed to prevent further damage of goods in transit.
• We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended with other ingredients. If you have purchased bulk products to form your own mixes, Please examine raw products before mixing. We suggest that you make a small batch first.
• The custom and customized cures that are made upon your demand won’t be returnable, as they are made only for you.
• Please return herbs and mixes in original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of item(s) will be refunded.
• Sorry, but we do not offer exchanges or store credits.
• Please do not return item(s) that do not fit the above criteria, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying item(s) and cannot return these item(s) to you.


Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items ordered for a full refund. All you need to do is give us a call on 0304-5779900 or email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Return of products will be accepted only if the items dispatched are in good condition.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Refund will be processed within 15 (working days) .However, we will try our level best that our customer doesn’t suffer from delayed and making it to our earliest.


While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.


Our Valued Customers can cancel their order before the product has been shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or alternatively have the amount adjusted against a fresh order.
